1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and kabaji ("kabaji", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kabaji website located at kabaji.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sports wagering, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any area of the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kabaji Platform.

To register and maintain an account on kabaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the kabaji Platform or any kabaji-affiliated service.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of kabaji or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. All personal information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update any information that changes.

kabaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, without exception.

2.1 Account Registration

During the registration process, you must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a strong password. You must ensure that your password is kept confidential and not shared with any other person. kabaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

kabaji reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

kabaji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kabaji does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which kabaji is not responsible.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kabaji is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment network, typically within 60 seconds for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. kabaji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large or unusual deposit transactions before crediting funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name. kabaji does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method but kabaji targets settlement within one (1) business day for verified accounts in good standing.

kabaji reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity checks, anti-money-laundering reviews, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. During any such review period, the relevant funds will remain frozen in the affected account.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings on kabaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kabaji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment method are your sole responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, kabaji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.

4. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
5. kabaji's Right to Modify: kabaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kabaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or interfere with any software underlying the kabaji Platform.
10. Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward kabaji staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kabaji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of kabaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without kabaji's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with kabaji.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kabaji, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

kabaji does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. kabaji will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

In jurisdictions where the limitation of liability described above is not permitted by law, kabaji's total liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to kabaji in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

📄 Additional Terms

9. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not formed part of this agreement from the outset.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and kabaji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

kabaji's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a particular breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
